- Strip ANSI escapes before sudo prompt detection
- Normalize \r\n/\r line endings for reliable matching
- 300ms delay before sending password (PTY settle time)
- Status bar feedback: "sudo: password sent automatically"
- Encode password explicitly as UTF-8
