Qwen patcher had two issues:
1. Only patched dashscope.aliyuncs.com but missed regional endpoints
(cn-hongkong, dashscope-intl, dashscope-us). Users in those regions
would still hit Aliyun directly.
2. --validate raised ModuleNotFoundError (referenced removed updater/
package). Replaced with self-contained inline checker — 13 GREEN
targets covering cli.js markers, settings.json, env vars.
Also bump Codex version to v0.122.0 across all READMEs (was v0.116.0).

User feedback: pasting bash heredocs into PowerShell fails. Make the
ugemini_install.ps1/.sh wrapper the one and only command users need —
no need to copy bash/PS code blocks. Wrapper handles Node.js, npm,
env vars, settings.json, trustedFolders.json automatically.

Users were copying bash heredocs (cat << EOF) into PowerShell where they fail.

powershell -File runs script in child process — PATH changes don't
persist. Changed to Set-ExecutionPolicy + dot-sourcing (. script.ps1)
which runs in current session. Also added PATH restart hint to Codex
install/update scripts.

All install/update/uninstall commands now use direct download via
iwr (Invoke-WebRequest) — no git clone needed, no "directory already
exists" errors.

yolo mode requires patching settingsSchema.js (Target 9a2) which is
not included in the npm package. auto_edit is the most permissive
built-in mode that works without JS patching.

- settings.json now includes security.folderTrust.enabled=false and
general.defaultApprovalMode=yolo to suppress trust/permission prompts
- Linux installer creates trustedFolders.json with common paths
- Windows PS1 installer creates trustedFolders.json for C:\ paths
- README Windows section adds $env: vars for current session
- Fixed BOM issue: all PS1 use WriteAllText instead of Set-Content
