delta-cloud-208e	944e4f2987	fix: move patcher.config.json to private repo, fetch via token auth ... Config is now served from private unlimitedcoding-config repo. Updater fetches it with installer token, caches locally for offline use. Public repo no longer exposes API endpoint and key.
