docs: platform-specific install commands for Linux/macOS/Windows

All 8 READMEs (EN/RU/ZH/ES × root + claude/) now show separate
commands for Linux (sudo bash), macOS (bash), Windows (PowerShell/CMD).
Added .gitignore for __pycache__.
